Data we use

We process account email, order and collection records, shipping address snapshots and operational audit information needed to provide the service. Stripe processes payment credentials; IcyBox does not store card numbers.

Why we use it

Data is used to authenticate accounts, complete transactions, fulfil deliveries, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

We share only the data necessary with payment, hosting, logistics and support providers. Transaction and audit records may be retained where required for accounting, security or law.
