Service

IcyBox provides authenticated access to eligible luxury-product drops, payments, fulfilment updates and collection services. Availability, shipping destinations and eligibility may vary by region.

Orders and payments

Prices and availability are determined by the server at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. A completed payment creates an order subject to fraud, legal and fulfilment review.

Inventory and results

Box outcomes are assigned through server-controlled inventory. The browser cannot determine, change or replay an outcome. Product values are estimates unless an order explicitly states otherwise.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds are handled through the payment provider and reviewed against the fulfilment state. A refund does not automatically return physical inventory to sale.
